Sai has been studying and practicing Permaculture and Agroecology for over twenty years. He has a background in fine gardening, and strives to incorporate the principles and productivity of Permaculture with the aesthetics of fine gardening in all of his projects. He specializes in small scale sustainable food systems, native and drought tolerant garden design, installation and stewardship. Sai has a passion for rare, heirloom and interesting edible species as well as a commitment to building soil and managing fertility on site. He is determined to help our clients become more self sufficient by growing food, no matter how small the yard!
Max holds a degree in Landscape Architecture from the UC Berkeley Extension Program and a Bachelor's degree from UW-Madison in Conservation Biology with a minor in Botany. With over 12 years of expertise in Site Analysis, Conceptual Design, Planting Design, Construction Drawings, Permit Packages, and Project Management, Max brings a wealth of experience and proficiency to every project.

A site visit to determine placement and species, a 15 gallon tree/s planted with organic compost, connection to existing irrigation or if there is no existing irrigation, installation of a 20 gallon tree bag, labor and delivery.

Assumes soil is typical Bay Area soil, no needed brush removal, slope less than 25%,
